Child Safety Policy

Puzzle IT is for people 21 or older. Child abuse and exploitation are prohibited in every feature, including private puzzles and teams.

Prohibited content

Do not create, upload, request, send or keep child sexual abuse material, child nudity or sexualized images of children. This includes drawings, edited images and AI-generated images. Grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking and exploitation are also prohibited. Nobody's permission makes this acceptable.

Report a concern

Use the app's Report action on the puzzle or account. Use Block to stop interactions. Describe the concern without copying or forwarding the image. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

How we respond

Photos may be checked automatically. Reports and serious concerns may be reviewed. We may remove content, restrict accounts, preserve relevant records and report incidents to authorities when required. Automatic checks can make mistakes and do not verify anyone's age or consent.
